In the WordPress dashboard go to Donation submenu and click on Add Form.
Enter your Form name & Update or write your Donation form option such as donation option, form display, donation goal, form content, term & condition etc.
Click on publish button.
to use these form click on All Form in Donation submenu, copy the shortcode of your form & paste it on the page where you want to show your form.
