In the WordPress dashboard go to the appearance submenu and click on customize.
After clicking on customizing you will in theme customizer.
than click on Widgets -> Footer Widget Area.
Click on the Add a widget.
Select widgets from the list & fill in title and other fields.
Click on publish button.
