How to add pricing texonomy title & description ?

In WordPress dashboard go to appearance submenu and click on customize.

After clicking on customize you will in theme customizer.

Here you have to click on Page Template than Texonomy Page.

Here you can manage pricing texonomy title & description.

Here you can also manage number of plans display in a single row.

Click on the publish button.
