Hide/Show categories in Header Menu?

In the WordPress dashboard go to the appearance submenu and click on customize.

After clicking on customizing you will in theme customizer.

Here you have to click on the header section then Header Navigation.

in the Header Navigation section, you will see an option of Header Navigation Hide/Show categories in the header menu.
