In the WordPress dashboard go to the appearance submenu and click on customize. After clicking on customizing you will in theme customizer. Then you have to click on the header section then Header navigation.

Here you can enable or disable Header Navigation by clicking on a Hide/Show button
as well as you can manage content CONTACT INFO FIRST, SECOND & THIRD.
